Job Description
Ensure Customer compliant Communication to shop floor and all shifts- Immediate with One point lesson & Dep meeting
- Implement ICA at In house -Immediate after customer compliant
- Co ordinate with Mfg team to prevent outflow
- Customer complaint Impact training - New Inspectors
- Plan and organize man power in final inspection
- Responsible for material movement in SAP
- Coordinate with Production team for Hold part clearance
- Weekly review of Action taken against Hold part & Line issues
- Improvement Action follow up and monitor Improvement against previous week Rejection Qty
- Ensure process audit plan vs actual execution
- Ensure F/M/L inspection activities adherence in all the 3 shifts.
