Senior Engineer - Maintenance

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer to join the Maintenance Team within Our Foil Division on a full-time basis.

Major Responsibilities:

•        Initiate, Implement and manage Plant Maintenance / Prepare, Analyze and recommend for Plant performance improvement (Machine Uptime (%) , Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) )
•        Handling & Trouble shooting knowledge about SPM, Welding Machine, Ultrasonic Washing Machine, Oven & Thermal Shock
•        Identifying Root cause, Corrective action & implement continuous process. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine uptime, reliability, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
•        Ensure compliance with Electrical & Mechanical System with National & Local Government Rules & Regulations
•        Spare management & PM Adherence

Requirements

Academic/Professional Education: BE (ELECTRICAL &, MECTRONICS)

Relevant Experience: 8+ years with experience in Plant Maintenance / Plant engineering

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
• PLC and Control Systems Knowledge.
• Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems.
• Equipment Installation and Commissioning.
• Good exposure in Handling with different controllers, Knowledge in Electrical circuits / Servo drives, motors, Encoders, PLC & Control wirings
• Good exposure in VFD, proximity, limit switches temperature controller
• Hands on experience in handling Welding machine, SPM & Conventional equipment’s etc.,
• Good exposure in ISO 9001-2015 & IATF, TPM, why, Root cause, corrective action & 8D analysis  
• Exposure in EHS Compliance
