Design and deliver scalable data solutions

As a Senior Engineer- Data Engineering, you will be responsible for building robust data pipelines, managing enterprise data storage, and enabling advanced analytics through Microsoft Fabric. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Design and maintain data pipelines using Data Factory and Synapse
• Optimize OneLake storage for performance and consistency
• Build enterprise-grade Data Warehouses within Microsoft Fabric
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across platforms
  
  

You will report to the Chief Enterprise Architect and work closely with global IT teams and business stakeholders. The role is based in Chennai and may involve occasional international travel for training and collaboration.

Experienced Data Engineer With Global Mindset

We are looking for a structured and results-oriented person who thrives in a collaborative environment. You take responsibility for your work, communicate effectively, and enjoy solving complex data challenges. You are someone who values teamwork, inclusivity, and continuous learning.

You also have:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark/PySpark
• Solid understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and governance
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices
  
  

Preferred: Experience with real-time data streaming and API integrations
