SENIOR ENGINEER - APP DEV LINUX

Skills:

• Design and develop high-performance C++ components for the SRE Observability platform (e.g., low-latency data collectors, agent-side Monitoring hooks integrating with CheckMK/Sentry);
• Optimize system-level performance and memory usage;
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues;
• Collaborate with the DevOps and SRE teams on integration with the broader multi-agentic AIOps stack;
• Write unit/integration tests and maintain code quality

Must have skills

• C++ (11/14/17 standards);
• OOP & design patterns;
• Multithreading/concurrency;
• Memory management & performance optimization;
• Linux development environment;
• Debugging tools (GDB/Valgrind);
• Git

Nice to have skills

• Embedded systems or low-latency systems experience;
• CMake/build systems;
• Boost libraries;
• Integration with Python/REST APIs;
• Exposure to monitoring/agent frameworks (CheckMK plugins, Ansible modules)

Experience: 2-5 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
