Lead data science initiatives with real impact

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will take ownership of high-impact projects from scoping to delivery. Youll work closely with stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into structured problem statements, and ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic goals. Your role will combine technical expertise with leadership, enabling you to guide projects and mentor team members while driving measurable results.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Translate business needs into structured data science problems
• Lead end-to-end project execution and backlog management
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python, and,and data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn. relevant libraries but not limited to these libraries
• Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders
• Support and mentor colleagues to foster team growth

Were looking for a person who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys solving complex problems with a business-oriented approach. You are proactive, communicative, and able to translate technical insights into actionable strategies. You value teamwork and are motivated by mentoring others and contributing to a shared vision.

You also have:

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the data science domain
• Proven experience leading data science projects end-to-end atleast 3 project implementation in complex environment
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like pandas, numpy, scikit-learn
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ability to define and track success metrics tied to business outcomes
• Preferred: Experience deploying scalable models in production environments
