We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics / Data Analysis professional to transform large and complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, statistical analysis, large-scale data platforms, and high-volume datasets, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities.

This role is suited for an analytical thinker who enjoys working with large datasets, solving complex business problems, and translating data into clear and reliable insights.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, automation, reporting, and statistical analysis.
• Work with large-scale cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift.
• Analyze high-volume event-level, log-level, and transactional datasets.
• Build analytical datasets and perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and quality checks.
• Apply appropriate statistical techniques to evaluate data and support business decisions.
• Design and apply sampling techniques for large datasets while maintaining analytical accuracy.
• Investigate data trends, relationships, and anomalies to identify potential business opportunities or operational issues.
• Automate repetitive analytical processes and improve the efficiency of data workflows.
• Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly through structured insights, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytical outputs.
• Continuously improve analytical methodologies, SQL performance, and data-driven processes.

• 6+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for complex analysis, automation, and statistical work.
• Proven experience working with large-scale data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
• Experience handling high-volume event, log, behavioral, or transactional datasets.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, sampling methodologies, and data interpretation.
• Ability to work with complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns and relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to write efficient and scalable SQL queries for large datasets.
• Experience with data validation, quality checks, and analytical accuracy.
• Strong understanding of data structures, analytical methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently on complex analytical problems in a fast-paced environment.
