Manage SAP finance excellence across global teams

As Senior SAP Consultant – FICO, you will configure, optimize, and support SAP FI and CO modules to meet business and regulatory needs. You’ll play a key role in automating finance processes, ensuring compliance, and enabling transparent reporting. This role offers deep exposure to S/4HANA and IS-Mill functionalities, with opportunities to travel and collaborate with European teams.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Analyse and translate financial requirements into SAP configurations.
• Configure FI submodules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Taxation.
• Optimize CO modules: Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Product Costing.
• Resolve system issues including payment errors and IDoc failures.
• Collaborate across SAP modules and support testing activities.
• Collaborate with the OneERP S/4 transformation program
  
  

You will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Core in Group IT and be based in Chennai. Occasional international travel is expected for training and collaboration.

Experienced SAP Finance Consultant With Global Mindset

You are a strategic thinker with well-developed analytical skills and the motivation to solve complex financial system challenges. You thrive in multicultural environments, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and are committed to continuous learning and improvement. Your attentive approach and attention to detail make you a trusted partner in facilitating digital transformation.

You also have:

• Bachelors in engineering, B.Com, MBA in Finance and other related fields.
• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including S/4HANA.
• Advanced skills in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (costing, internal orders).
• Experience with payment automation, tax setups, and compliance.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving SAP Financials and integration issues.
• Familiarity with IDocs, EDI, and banking system interfaces.
• Experience in multi-country SAP rollouts and statutory requirements.
• Experience engaging with GPO (Global Process Owners) and IT leadership
