We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Implementation and rollout projects to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the configuration and support of our SAP Financial Accounting module, ensuring seamless integration with the end-to-end process

Senior Consultant - SAP FICO (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Project Handling: Extensive experience in Business Analysis, GAP Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Solution Delivery. Identify various integration processes, Identify GAPS in early stages of project. Experienced with latest implementation methodology including Business Process Reengineering, Feasibility Analysis.
• RICEFW Business Solutioning: Provides customer specific Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow.
• Data Migration: Designed various LSMW, BADI and LTMCs to transfer data from legacy system to SAP system.
• Integration: Having strong knowledge in FI-MM, SD integration and controlling.
• IDOCS / online payments – Banks / SWIFT / PDC / integration with external systems
• Bank Reconciliation Statement: Configured Manual & Electronic bank reconciliation statements and handled many H2H projects.
• Bank Communication Management and DMEE: Configuring of multiple Host to Host bank setups for End-to-End banking solution.
• Cost center Accounting: Creation of controlling area, designing cost center hierarchies, cost centers and primary and secondary cost elements.
• Profit center Accounting: Good knowledge of Configuring profit center settings.
• Asset accounting configuration: Good knowledge of configuring Asset Accounting
• AP & AR: Good knowledge of AP & AR processes like house bank, special G/L transactions for down payment.
• Controlling: Good working knowledge in COPA, Product cost Controlling & Overhead management.
• Project Migration: Hands-on experience in transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, driving successful migrations through strategic planning and execution.
• Taxation: Experienced in European tax filing and reporting procedures, with a strong understanding of cross-border compliance requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO module.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and global work group and to achieve results through global team efforts.
• Experience in 4 to 5 implementation/rollout projects including localizations & compliance.
• Deep understanding of ASAP and SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead workshops.
• Business acuity: Identify stakeholders, business problems, business objectives while accounting for the impact across other business functions and systems.
• EU and other international travel as required.
• Default CET time zone hours with flexibility to work other hours as projects require.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a very multifaceted environment.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools.
• Detail oriented, proactive, creative, efficient, and an active listener with the ability to organize and prioritize work.
