Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to manage a small team in a high-volume takeaway restaurant serving steak, chicken, and fries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and train kitchen staff.
- Work hands-on at grill and fry stations during peak hours.
- Maintain SOPs, food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Manage daily inventory, food costs, and waste.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
- Monitor food storage, labeling, and temperature checks.
- Prepare daily and weekly kitchen performance reports.
- Report operational and staffing issues to the owner.
Requirements
- 7+ years of working experience as a Chef De Partie experience.
- Experience as Senior CDP, Kitchen Leader, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, inventory, and cost control.
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
