Position: Senior Business Development Executive
Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound strategies.
Manage and track all interactions using HubSpot CRM.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead gen efforts.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions.
Achieve or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
