About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to drive the design, harmonization, and administration of benefits programs across multiple countries. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to the global Total Rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and harmonize benefits programs across countries
  • Define global benefits policies, governance, and roadmap
  • Design and benchmark competitive benefits offerings
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendors
  • Lead renewals, negotiations, and cost optimization
  • Administer global bonus cycles (calculation, validation, payouts)
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax frameworks
  • Analyze costs, trends, and provide reporting to stakeholders
  • Support communication and change initiatives


Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Benefits roles
  • Experience in international / multi-country environments
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills (Excel required)
  • Experience with benefits programs and variable compensation
  • Good knowledge of HRIS / payroll systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English


Nice to have

  • French language
  • Experience with global benefits harmonization projects
