Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate Workday Extend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday Extend

Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.

Create detailed technical specifications and integration design documents.

Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure seamless operation.

Stay current with Workday updates, enhancements, and best practices, and implement them as necessary.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior integration developers.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Work closely with the Workday support team to manage and resolve incidents related to integrations.

Assist in the development and maintenance of integration documentation and knowledge base.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Extend development.

Proven and demonstrated experience in Workday Extend and Integration Tools

Solid understanding of HCM Configurations and Security

Knowledge on Prism, VNDLY and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain complex integrations in a Workday environment.

Strong Self-learning ability , generate value adds .

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Workday Integration certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

Strong Experience on HCM systems and integration with Workday.

Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to HR data.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Strong project management skills.

Workday certification is a plus.
