• Use SQL and Excel to analyze data and support decisions that drive revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify trends and key drivers, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  
• Lead data driven projects, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with cross functional teams.
  
• Deliver insights and recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  
• Continuously improving analytical methods, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and impact.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field or equivalent work experience
  
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or in a business intelligence role
  
• Advanced proficiency using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, utilizing customer data
  
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  
• Experience working in cross functional, project based environments.
  
• Background in analytically rigorous industries (e.g., finance, consulting, technology)
  

• Experience with statistical analysis, modeling, and experimentation (A/B testing).
  
• Experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to business problems.
  
• Knowledge of eCommerce best practices.
