Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting, entries, invoicing, receivables and payables.

Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and perform GST reconciliation.

Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, reconciliation and quarterly returns.

Support Income Tax compliance, tax calculations, documentation and coordination with CA.

Manage PF/EPF calculations, monthly contributions, employee records and compliance.

Prepare salary-related statutory deductions including TDS and PF.

Skills Required

Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation, expense records and supporting documents.

Assist in monthly/annual closing, audit preparation and statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, CA, vendors and internal teams for taxation and compliance matters.

Ensure timely submission of statutory payments, returns and required documentation.
