You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, managing access control, and monitoring surveillance systems. Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates, as part of your role at Unique Facility Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Handle access control by managing entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed access to Unique Facility Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises, identifying and reporting potential security risks or breaches.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities for review and action.
• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure continuous observation of the premises.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and employees, addressing any security-related concerns they may have.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures to enhance overall safety at Unique Facility Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, ensuring compliance by all personnel.
• Work collaboratively with other security staff and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to security management.
  
  

• Graduate or equivalent qualification, with a strong background in security operations preferred for a role at Unique Facility Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Proven experience in security roles, demonstrating effective security management and emergency response skills at Unique Facility Services Pvt. Ltd.
• Strong observational and analytical skills to identify potential security threats and take appropriate action.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and emergencies.
• Familiarity with security equipment such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• High level of integrity and honesty, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security protocols.
