Position Summary

Level: SAP QM Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

• Gathering the business requirements from the client
• Performing the Fit-Gap Analysis and identifying the custom developments required to meet the client requirements
• Configuring the system and writing functional specifications
• Involvement in all the testing phases including Unit test, regression test, user acceptance test
• Regular interaction with the client for day to day activities
• Active participation in the cutover, Go-Live and Hyper-care activities

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills

• 6-10 years of industry experience
• Functional knowledge of the Quality Management life cycle
• Working experience of at least one implementation project using the most recent version S4 HANA in QM
• Technical knowledge of the Quality Management interface (Inbound/outbound), LIMS, Non-SAP systems
• Technical knowledge of the Quality Management with EWM integration.
• Knowledge of Visual inspection, First Article Inspection, 8 D Process, FMEA, Audit Inspection & stability studies
• Working Experience of QM Processes: Procurement Inspection, In-process Inspection, Final inspection, outbound inspection, Customer return inspection, Calibration, Non-conformance management, COAs
• Working Experience of Fiori apps and query reports
• Thorough understanding of configuration of Quality Management: Inspection type, Certificate types, notification types, QM Control keys, Code & Code groups, Forms, workflows, enhancements, etc
• Thorough understanding of Master data of Quality Management: Master inspection characteristics, Inspection Method, Sampling procedure, Sampling scheme, Inspection, DMR
• Should have experience of running Blueprint Workshop and should be able to map Business Processes .
• Exposure in SAP activate methodology

• BE/B. Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
