As a SAP PM-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team within our Advisory practice, where you will help clients optimize operational efficiency through specialized consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
• Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of supply chain transformation projects
• Utilizing data modeling and supply chain management software to optimize operational efficiency
• Developing and delivering training sessions to facilitate seamless integration of SAP applications
• Coordinating with stakeholders to enhance supply chain processes and achieve strategic objectives
• Managing project resources, budgeting, and timelines to deliver successful outcomes
• Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost management within client operations
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support ongoing business application consulting
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and practices in supply chain management
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
• Utilizing data modeling and data-driven insights for strategic planning
• Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
• Implementing process improvements in supply chain operations
• Leading teams in supply chain transformation initiatives
