About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

As an SAP MM Manager, you will lead the management and optimization of our Materials Management processes within the SAP environment. This role offers the chance to drive strategic initiatives that enhance supply chain efficiency and improve inventory management, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and configuration of SAP MM modules to align with business requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of MM specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of MM processes and tools.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Must have designed and delivered complex S/4 Solutions for MM/Ariba.
• Strong cross module integration knowledge.
• Should have experience in Agile methodology.
• Should have experience in all the phases of a project.
• PTP integration with Finance.
• GR/IR postings to General Ledger.
• Understanding of Ariba functionality and its interaction with SAP.
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also

• Have experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules.
• Possess strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Be familiar with supply chain best practices and industry trends.
  
  

What We Look For

• Min 7-11 Years of SAP experience in Implementation.
• Must have implementation experience in S/4 Hana.
• Must have designed and delivered complex S/4 Solutions for MM/Ariba.
• Strong cross module integration knowledge.
• Should have experience in Agile methodology.
• Should have experience in all the phases of a project.
• Deep business process and SAP configuration in the SAP PTP area:
• Plant creation.
• Purchase Requisitions.
• Purchase Order Types/Item Categories/Output Types etc.
• Goods Receipt/Service Receipt.
• Invoice Receipt / 3 Way Match.
• Tolerances.
• RICEF preparation in PTP area.
• Prepare functional specs and interact with developers.
• Material/Service Master data templates/creation process.
• Should understand functionality of all the material master tabs and fields and their importance in driving different functionality.
• PTP integration with Finance.
• GR/IR postings to General Ledger.
• Understanding of Ariba functionality and its interaction with SAP.
• Understanding of MDG (material master) functionality and its interaction with SAP.
• Understanding of OCR technology (OpenText etc) and how it integrates with SAP.
