As a SAP MDG Manager you will lead client support efforts within our Advisory practice, focusing on SAP data and analytics work that helps clients improve data management, data quality, and reporting. As a Manager you will coach team members, oversee project workstreams, and use sound judgment to review deliverables, guide issue resolution, and help drive work that supports client objectives. In this role at PwC, you will work on SAP Master Data Governance activities, analyze client needs, design and implement data solutions, and support adoption through training and practical guidance.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Master Data Governance workstreams focused on client data management, process design, and implementation support
- Guiding project teams through planning, execution, and delivery of master data solutions across business functions
- Analyzing client requirements and translating them into SAP MDG configurations, workflows, and governance processes
- Overseeing data quality activities, including data modeling, data migration, validation, and issue resolution
- Developing and reviewing dashboards, reports, and analytics outputs to support data-driven decisions
- Coaching team members on SAP data management methods, project tasks, and deliverable development
- Coordinating with client stakeholders to align solution design, timelines, and project scope
- Applying SAP tools and data integration methods to improve master data consistency and operational efficiency

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating SAP MDG implementation leadership across client engagements
- Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Coaching teams through complex data governance workstreams
- Utilizing SAP data integration, modeling, and reporting capabilities
- Addressing client issues with clear communication and judgment
- Mentoring junior professionals through work review and feedback
