What you'll do:

In the role of Manufacturing Controlling Solution Analyst you will be part of the Finance- and Controlling Solutions Team within the Group IT Organisation and report to the Finance- and Controlling Solutions Manager. The role will have responsibility for the governance of the Manufacturing Controlling solution blueprint and provide support to the Support Teams and local businesses when required. The role also includes the larger Controlling environment, SAP CO and CO-PA, where governance will be shared with other members in the team. In addition to strong SAP technical knowledge, the job holder must have good communication skills and be able to interact with peers within the IT Team as well as senior members of the Electrolux Finance Community including BA Controlling, Global Shared Service Organization and Local Controlling Teams. Ideally the successful candidate would also demonstrate the potential to direct project team members and consultants.

In detail, you will:

• Responsibility to provide SAP technical expertise within SAP manufacturing controlling solutions in Electrolux, including scenarios where a local manufacturing solution is integrated with SAP from a finance, logistics and sales perspective
• Responsibility to provide technical expertise for project accounting (SAP PS) and resource related billing in Electrolux
• Work closely with project teams and provide expertise to any new requirements and analyse solution feasibility as well as system impact
• Responsibility for the preparation, analysis and creation of functional designs
• Good solid understanding of the technical set up for interface solutions
• Develop Blueprint materials (process design, customizing design etc.) for new initiatives within the areas of responsibility and documentation of present solutions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and look for standardization of the processes we have implemented
• Develop and maintain training material and provide training of the solution to either local key users or in some cases directly to end users, to secure users have sufficient process/system knowledge prior to any go lives
• Prepare presentations, drive, coordinate and/or conduct workshops, demos and meetings whenever required for the roll out projects or other initiatives
• Ensure own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures
• Share necessary information and knowledge, coach and support other team members in achieving team goals
  
  

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in SAP Finance processes, including SAP FICO modules, in a multinational environment
• Knowledge in Factory Controlling and its principles, including Product Costing, CO-PC
• Experience of working with finance manufacturing, project accounting and resource related billing
• Basic knowledge of SAP integrations (IDOC’s)
• Proven project management/participation experience
• Willingness to work in a high pressure and delivery-oriented team
• Ability to work and deliver for several projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and focus on deliverables
• Fluent English

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office or the newly set up Bangalore GCC in India.
