We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to join our SAP S/4HANA implementation team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory processes, and experience implementing SAP EWM solutions that optimize warehouse operations and integrate seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA core modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA EWM module implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and system designs.
• Configure and optimize core EWM functionalities, including:
• Inbound and outbound processes (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Internal Movements)
• Warehouse structure, storage bins, and warehouse control
• Inventory management and stock handling
• Cross-docking, slotting, and wave management
• Integration with SAP MM, SD, and Production Planning (PP) modules
• Support RF/mobile warehouse solutions and SAP Fiori apps for EWM.
• Participate in master data setup, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams.
• Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for warehouse teams.
• Identify and drive process improvements and warehouse digitalization initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes, including inbound/outbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM integration with MM, SD, PP, and WM modules.
• Familiarity with RF/Mobile warehouse solutions, Fiori apps, and embedded analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or IT.
• SAP EWM or S/4HANA certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Automated Warehouses, SAP TM, or IoT-enabled logistics solutions. Exposure to Agile / Scrum project methodologies. Knowledge of process optimization, Lean warehousing, and KPI monitoring. Hands-on experience with EWM 9.5/9.6 or S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
