As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to address complex business challenges, from strategic planning to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. You will build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complex situations to enhance your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will proactively manage multiple client engagements, establish effective client relationships, and contribute to the development of both your technical acumen and that of your team. You will stay informed about local and national business and economic issues, actively participate in business development activities, and continue to cultivate internal relationships and your PwC brand. Within our SAP Technology practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering value to our clients, helping them transform their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, collaborating with Managers and senior team members
• Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance their technical skills and consulting capabilities
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients to understand their business needs
• Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team, focusing on SAP technologies
• Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends to provide relevant insights
• Engaging in business development activities to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients
• Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to support business transformation initiatives
• Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori solutions to optimize client processes
• Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to drive process improvement and optimization
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights
• Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experience
• Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data management
• Applying SAP NetWeaver for seamless integration
• Excelling in business transformation and process optimization
