As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, focusing on SAP Technology. You will collaborate with a team of problem solvers to address complex business challenges, from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will also build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating complexity and fostering personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, which extends PwC’s global delivery capabilities. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will contribute to delivering premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. You will have the opportunity to establish effective working relationships with clients, develop your technical acumen, and engage in business development activities. Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
• Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
• Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business development
• Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team
• Staying informed about local and national business and economic trends
• Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
• Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal and team branding
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
• Implementing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA solutions to support client business transformation
• Designing automation processes using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP NetWeaver
• Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business issues and drive strategic technology planning
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for strategic insights
• Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
• Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data management
• Engaging in business transformation initiatives
• Excelling in strategic technology planning
