As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will leverage your skills to support client engagements, providing premium services that enhance process quality and delivery capability. As a Senior Associate, you will navigate complex business challenges, building meaningful client relationships and guiding your team to success. You will develop your personal brand and technical skills, while mentoring others and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management
• Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills
• Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business development
• Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team and self
• Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends
• Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new client opportunities
• Developing internal relationships and enhancing personal brand within the organization
• Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization
• Implementing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for strategic technology planning
• Applying analytical thinking and creativity to solve complex business issues

• Leveraging SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for business transformation initiatives
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
• Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
• Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for data-driven insights
• Implementing SAP Fiori for enhanced user experiences
• Leveraging SAP HANA for optimized data processing
• Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization
