SAP ABAP+PLM – Consultant, Technical Transformation

Join Deloitte’s Enterprise Performance practice as a Consultant, SAP PLM, where you will support digital transformation initiatives across product lifecycle management environments. In this role, you will contribute to the design, customization, deployment, and support of SAP PLM solutions for complex client needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, deliver quality work products within project timelines, and support implementation activities across the solution lifecycle.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for supporting SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) data transformation and migration activities, including:

• Executing documented, repeatable data extracts from source systems.
• Collecting, consolidating, cleansing, and transforming structured and unstructured data for migration readiness.
• Supporting extract, transform, and load (ETL) processing, including rule application, data enrichment, mapping transformation, and load preparation.
• Supporting SAP PLM data migration cycles through data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Building, reviewing, and maintaining data-mapping specifications, transformation rules, data lineage records, and load templates.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients’ toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST, as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-6 years of experience in Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP), and Web Dynpro and Floorplan Manager (FPM) development.
• Experience with SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Recipe Development or Discrete Manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Core Data Services (CDS) views, and Open Data Protocol (OData) services.
• Experience with Windows Wordprocessor Integration (WWI) reporting, Adobe Forms, and SAP workflows.
• Experience with extract, transform, and load (ETL) processing for SAP PLM data migration.

• Experience with the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Experience developing SAP Fiori applications.
• Experience with Syniti.
