Position Summary

Level: Lead Business Transformation Architect or equivalent

As a Associate Business Transformation Architect at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

We help clients turn business values into measurable growth through creatively driven, personalized content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire people to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• A minimum of 9 years of experience lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting Salesforce implementations.
• Mastery of Salesforce platform development and architecture, with proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration APIs, and web services
• Hands-on experience on Salesforce Apex Programming Design Patterns
• Hands on experience on Salesforce Integration Design Patterns
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices
• Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and at least two additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant)
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile delivery in CI/CD environments
• Knowledge about CI/CD tools such as Copado would be a valuable addition
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
