About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Sales Planning team supporting International Market Group (IMG) markets. This is an exciting career opportunity in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment.

As a Sales Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development of monthly sales, stock, and production plans, as well as performing critical market analysis and reporting. Youll gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and contribute to key decision-making processes that drive business performance.

The key responsibilities will be Vehicle Order Management, Sales & Production Planning & Process improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage to develop the monthly Sales, Stock, & Production programs (plans) for key international markets
  • Vehicle order to delivery management for assigned markets
  • Monitor & Proactively follow-up with concerned teams for resolution of Logistics/Finance/Production Scheduling/Allocation issues
  • Lead Sales planning process improvements by leveraging technology
  • Help optimize each market’s Sales Stock & Production plan taking into account manufacturing capacities and supply constraints
  • Support to carry-out ad-hoc analysis & Reports as required

 

Candidate Requirement:

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar)
  • MBA (Marketing/Analytics) or any other post graduate degree / Certification is an added advantage

 

Work Experience:

 

Minimum 4 years work experience preferably in Automobile Industry/ Sales / Sales Planning / Sales Operations / Sales Reporting

 

Functional Skills

 

  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint ,
  • Data Visualization tools such as Qlikview, Qliksense, &Tableau
  • Kinaxis Rapid Response / Any SCM Tool               
  • Knowledge of latest data Automation Tools – Alteryx, RPA, VBA Macro

 

Behavioural Skills

 

  • Strong leadership, communication, & presentation skills , Confident, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams
