SALES MANAGER - Digital Technology Solutions

• Manage a team of sales executives, including internal proposal engineers
  
• Identify and meet companies / stakeholders / Dept heads across industry segments
  
• Identify opportunities / RFQs and submit proposals on time
  
• Manage internal proposals and interact with Software / NPD engineering team for solutions
  
• Build, manage and achieve the annual budget plans for self and sales team

Requirements

• BE - ECE / ICE or CS with 10-15 years of experience
  
• Should have the capacity to visit customers, understand their requirement and convert into RFQ proposals and negotiate for closure.
  
• Deep understanding of wireless, IIoT & related technology in applications involving manufacturing, process approach, PLC interface & protocols, data exchange formats
  
• Industry connects and networking across industry segments
  
• Analytical Skills
