Job Description
This job is provided by apna.co Acquiring new broadband subscribers and driving sales targets through direct field outreach in assigned residential and commercial territories.
Direct Field Sales: Conduct door-to-door (D2D) visits, apartment mapping, and cold calling in assigned residential areas or gated societies.
BTL & On-Ground Activities: Organize and participate in weekly Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing, such as kiosk setups, canopy activities, leafleting, and brochure distributions.
Product Demonstrations: Explain high-speed Fibernet plans, Wi-Fi solutions, and OTT entertainment packages to potential customers.
Customer Onboarding: Collect accurate KYC documents, complete digital onboarding forms, and attend inquiry calls within the given Turnaround Time (TAT.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned weekly and monthly customer acquisition, activation, and capacity-utilization targets.
