We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Golds Gym Fitness Institute. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications.

Role

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Certificate Course Sales: Generate new sales leads and convert them into sales, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.

Customer Engagement

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Golds Gym Fitness Institutes services.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Sales Administration and Reporting

  • Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness.
