Job Description

Role Overview

Owns the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure. Responsible for product demonstrations, follow-ups, and negotiation. Collaborates on pipeline planning and supports junior sales resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute weekly/monthly sales calendars with input from RSM and Senior Sales Engineer.
  • Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up and drive opportunities toward closure through consistent engagement.
  • Handle negotiations, address objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Prepare and submit proposals/quotations.
  • Log all lead and deal status in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and support alignment.
  • Track personal KPIs and sales targets weekly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
  • 2–4 years of B2B solution selling experience (preferably SaaS/ERP).
  • Strong in client presentations, demos, and CRM usage.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil language.
  • Goal-driven, persistent, and team-oriented.
