Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive property and project sales through lead generation, client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and successful conversions. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customers, understanding their requirements, and achieving sales targets

Salary will be provided based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential customers through various channels.
• Handle property sales and real estate project sales.
• Conduct client meetings, field visits, and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
• Explain project details, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate with customers and support the sales closure process.
• Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain daily lead, follow-up, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and customer support.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with field work, site visits, and client meetings.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, Project Sales, or Field Sales is preferred.

• Tamil – Mandatory
• English – Preferred
