- 2 Years of Experience in an inbound/outbound call center operation Or 2 Years of Experience in IT Services and Products Sales Calling Experience is a must.
- it can be either inbound or out bound Exceptional communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude Empathize and sympathize during the entire customer journey
- Geography dealt: North America and the UK Willing to work 9 hours between 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
- Exposure to any of the following CRM tools HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or FreshSales.
- Quick Learner.
- Computer Savvy.
- Problem Solver.
- Extreme eyes for details.
- Maximum 3 years experienced can apply.
- Work Location – Chennai
