About The Job

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on RPA Technical Lead to actively develop, design, support,and continuously improve enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will balance writing code and building complex bots with guiding the overall architecture. They should have strong handson experience with Automation Anywhere and exposure to other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar technologies. The role will be responsible for building automations, ensuring production stability, establishing development standards, mentoring developers, and driving the organization's RPA governance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Development

• Actively participate in hands-on bot development, writing code, and building complex automation workflows.
• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Review solution design, bot architecture, and code quality.
• Define development standards, reusable components, and best practices.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions.
  
  

• Own the health and stability of production bots.
• Monitor bot performance and resolve critical production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Manage bot releases, version control, and deployment activities.
  
  

• Maintain complete bot inventory and technical documentation.
• Ensure every automation has proper documentation, ownership, and support procedures.
• Drive code reviews, knowledge sharing, and compliance with development standards.
• Maintain reusable automation frameworks and shared components.
  
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, estimate effort, and support project planning.
• Deliver automation projects on schedule while maintaining quality.
• Support UAT and production deployments.
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance and hands-on assistance.
• Conduct technical reviews and knowledge transfer sessions to eliminate single-person dependency.
  
  

• 7+ years of overall IT/software development experience, including extensive hands-on RPA development.
• Strong expertise in writing and deploying bots using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Experience supporting production bots in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of exception handling, logging, credential management, and bot scheduling.
• Experience integrating with SAP, Web applications, Excel, Outlook, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and file systems.
• Good understanding of SDLC, source control, testing, and release management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
