Knowledge and Experience

  • Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
  • Min 4-6 years of experience in Nokia RAN Product with C & I and Troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G technology with good experience on Remote Site commissioning, integration, troubleshooting and Parameter changes.
  • Understanding of Nokia Applications (Eg. Mantaray).
  • Tier-2 level troubleshooting experience on all Nokia products Nokia SRAN BTS & Airscale BTS and provide troubleshooting assistance to GSD and field team.
  • Understanding the functionality of different automation tools used in Remote Integration tasks (Nokia Applications, NDPd, URSA, OSDP)
  • Adherence of RI process checklists (MOP)
  • Understanding KPI’s and the impact on the performance of the system.
  • Field level experience can be an add-on
  • Knowledge of multivendor products (Ericsson/Huawei/Samsung) can be an add-on.
