Job Description

As a Recruiting Associate, you will be a pivotal member of our human resources team, primarily responsible for streamlining and supporting the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain the best talent. You will work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases while also contributing to strategic initiatives to improve the recruitment process. An ideal candidate for this role would be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in talent acquisition. The Recruiting Associate will also be expected to stay current with industry trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the hiring process.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Develop job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates to open roles.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
  • Provide support during career fairs and recruitment events as a company representative.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, including document verification and orientation scheduling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in human resources or recruiting is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for candidate interactions.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
