KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Completions Database Specialist to support the multi-billion-dollar Plaquemines project developing a Liquid Natural Gas export facility when fully developed will have an export capacity of up to 20 million metric tonnes per year.

Summary Section

We are looking for a well‑presented, customer‑focused Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a warm and professional attitude, and the ability to manage front‑desk operations efficiently. This role requires multitasking, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Food orders for Clients
  • Courier bookings (International & Domestic)
  • Business card printing for employees
  • RFID tag issuance for Parking
  • Meeting room bookings for Projects
  • Plant maintenance
  • Cabin, meeting room, and office floor rounds
  • On-guard access support for ID Card activation
  • Admin & Safety induction for new employees and visitors
  • Issuance of new access cards, visitor cards, and day passes
  • Maintaining office visitor data (Clients, KBR staff, other office employees)
  • Food vendor feedback and hygiene checks
  • Office event management (decoration, food orders, vendor coordination, cab bookings)
  • Team handling & document management (Pantry, Housekeeping & Security teams)
  • Managing all IMPACT events and activities
  • Invoice validation & processing
  • Cab bookings & Cab invoice processing
  • Packers & Movers coordination, including E-Waybill generation

Qualifications Including Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Education requirement must match Any Graduate
  • #2+ years of experience working completions, using a completions system preferably Co-Console
  • Proven ability as a supervisor and to work independently
  • Must be able to read and understand contracts
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
  • Expertise to interface well with the project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including the client
