React native developer

Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a 5+ years of professional experience with React Native, including a deep understanding of its internals, the bridge, and native modules.

Requirements

• Mobile Development: Lead the design and development of complex, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Architectural Leadership: Implement and maintain sophisticated design patterns (such as MVVM, Provider, or Atomic Design) to ensure high-quality application structure.
• Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and efficient code. Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to refine user stories and technical requirements.
• Optimization: Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs, optimizing application performance for a seamless user experience across both iOS and Android.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior developers, championing the use of modern design patterns and Agile principles.
