Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering frameworks to support project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing methodologies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
