The position also includes providing strategic guidance to ensure that testing architectures align with organizational goals and support continuous improvement in product quality across various projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable testing strategies that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
• Strong expertise in designing and executing automated and manual test cases for complex software systems.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems to monitor quality metrics and progress.
• Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective test plans and strategies.
• Skilled in performance testing and identifying bottlenecks to enhance application reliability.
