Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding the strategic direction of testing initiatives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to key decisions, and mentor team members to foster a culture of quality and excellence in engineering. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in quality engineering. - Continuously evaluate and integrate new testing tools and methodologies to improve testing efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Ability to implement automated testing frameworks and strategies.
