Quality Assurance Engineer II

Job: Quality Assurance Engineer II Location: Chennai/Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days in Office/week)

Job Summary:

Contribute to high-quality software delivery by executing functional, end-to-end, and automation tests for Salesforce and Agentforce platforms. Ensure robust defect documentation and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues and optimize testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Salesforce functional and end-to-end testing to validate business requirements and user experience.



• Perform Agentforce testing, ensuring platform reliability and compliance with acceptance criteria.



• Develop and maintain test automation scripts to streamline regression and integration testing.



• Document defects and test outcomes, proactively escalating issues and participating in retrospectives.
