YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and driven Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our companys growth.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Responsible to receive and review all the quality complaints raised by customer.
• Deep dive into the quality complaints by identifying the relevant stakeholders for feedback to customer.
• Responsible to close the quality complaints within the agreed SLAs
• Responsible to track all the quality complaints and report the status to the Quality manager on a weekly basis.
• Responsible to prepare MIS / Dashboard on the quality complaints status.
• Should be good in follow up with relevant stakeholders and get the work done.
• Good to have experience in any of the FMCG quality department
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Supply chain knowledge on International trading
• Good English communication skill
• Good working knowledge in Excel, Salesforce
• Should be able to create Dashboards in Power BI
