QA Engineer Zoho CRM Customizations And Automotive EV Domain

• We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong background in functional testing and deep domain insight into the two-wheeler, three-wheeler, and Electric Vehicle (EV) retail and dealership ecosystems. In this role, you will be part of our QA function, taking complete ownership of validating our highly customized [Zoho CRM](https://www.zoho.com/in/crm/) platform, which features complex backend automations, integrations, and custom rontend widgets.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional software testing experience (Manual/Functional QA processes).
  
• Domain Expertise: Prior hands-on experience working within a dealership network, showroom, or corporate environment specializing in two-wheelers /three-wheelers.
  
• Modern Test Automation: Familiarity with open-source automated testing frameworks and a strong interest in using AI tools to accelerate test script creation.
  
•  Agile Tooling: Experience tracking bugs, managing sprint tasks, or documenting test cases in Agile project management tools (ideally Zoho Sprints).
  
• Mindset: Resourceful and self-driven. Comfortable operating as an independent QA resource who can think out of the box using free, open-source resources and AI workflows.
  
• End-to-End Functional Testing: Own the quality lifecycle for our custom Zoho CRM ecosystem, including widgets, desktop workflows, and mobile application experiences.
  
• Test Case Management in Zoho Sprints: Organize, track, document, and manage all manual and automated test suites directly within Zoho Sprints.
  
• Modern Automated Testing: Build, execute, and scale automated regression test suites for our web-based custom  widgets and integrations using modern, lightweight open-source automation tools.
  
• Business Logic & Integration Validation: Verify complex backend data flows, third-party API integrations, webhooks, and automation scripts to ensure high data integrity.
  
• Product & UX Feedback: Act as an internal product advocate by leveraging your understanding of dealership operational workflows, vehicle financing, and customer journeys to give direct feedback to developers on feature logic.
  
• AI-Assisted Testing: Proactively utilize modern AI coding agents, terminal assistants (such as [Claude Code](https://code.claude.com/docs/en/computer-use)), and LLMs to instantly generate automation scripts, fix failing tests, and expand coverage into native mobile apps without heavy manual coding.
  
• Direct experience working within the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry, including an understanding of EV charging workflows, battery swapping operational data, or EV customer onboarding.
  
• Familiarity with the Zoho CRM ecosystem and custom modules.
  
• Basic understanding of open-source API testing tools (e.g., Postman free tier).
