• Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Python applications. - Architect scalable and robust solutions using Python and Django frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhancements. - Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to best practices. - Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
