Python Full Stack Developer

We are seeking three experienced Python Full Stack GenAI Developers (CWF Engineers) to join our GenAI Application Team. These roles focus on building, deploying, and scaling Generative AI applications, with strong emphasis on RAG pipelines, model services, and backend-heavy full stack development. The environment is fast-paced, and we aim to onboard candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain GenAI-powered full stack applications.
• Build and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, including vector stores and embeddings.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python with Flask or FastAPI.
• Work with LLM agents and orchestration frameworks to enable intelligent workflows.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment workflows.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and AI teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong foundation in programming fundamentals, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Hands-on expertise in Python Full Stack development.
• Experience with Flask or FastAPI for backend services.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Knowledge of LLM agents/frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Aider, or Cline.
• Understanding of GenAI models and platforms, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.

• Experience with RAAG, model fine-tuning, or advanced GenAI workflows.
• Exposure to frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar).
