Job Description
- Develop and optimise Python-based scripts and applications for cloud environments.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS tools and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud and application performance.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in cloud deployments.
- Document processes and configurations for easy reference and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in DevOps and cloud technologies.
A successful Python DevOps Developer should have:
- Proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing principles.
- Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools in a cloud environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
