Job Description

Lead and oversee enterprise-level, highly complex pursuits, including multi-geography, multi-service line, and high-stakes strategic deals with C-level visibility.
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive sponsors, sales leadership, and pursuit teams, shaping pursuit strategy, win themes, and client engagement approaches.
Define and implement proposal governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, compliance standards, and client expectations.
Drive the development of persuasive, client-centric proposal responses that clearly articulate NTT DATA’s value proposition, competitive differentiators, and solution strategy.
Facilitate executive-level reviews and decision checkpoints, ensuring stakeholder alignment and readiness at each stage of the pursuit.
Lead the orchestration of cross-functional teams across Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Legal, HR, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration of inputs and messaging.
Guide the creation of high-impact orals and executive presentations, ensuring consistency in narrative, visual storytelling, and strategic positioning.
Anticipate and resolve complex challenges in proposal development, including resource constraints, compliance risks, and shifting client requirements.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying systemic gaps, leading proposal process enhancements, and contributing to enterprise-wide proposal transformation initiatives.
Curate and elevate the proposal content library by identifying strategic assets, success stories, and reusable content from marquee deals.
Mentor and coach junior, mid-level, and senior proposal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across the proposal function.
Represent the proposal function in strategic forums, contributing to business development planning, sales enablement, and go-to-market initiatives.
