Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree

Work Experience: 4-6 years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Proposal Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices
  • Review tender and bid documents
  • Monitor progress of proposal development, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectives
  • Assist the Proposal Manager in the Interface Management of partners/nominated subcontractors, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation, implementation and updating of the Proposal Technical Annex
  • Assist proposal manager in consolidation of technical clarifications
  • Preparation of technical and commercial proposal in line with the ITT requirements
