- Lead project planning sessions to define scope and objectives ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the execution of projects using AGILE methodologies to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and maintain project timelines.
- Provide guidance on the ATG platform to optimize project workflows and enhance system integration.
- Ensure compliance with GxP processes and GMP standards to uphold regulatory requirements.
- Implement cloud hosting solutions to improve scalability and accessibility of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and address project challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support compliance and audit processes.
- Evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to ComplianceWire protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize domain expertise in regulatory compliance to guide project decisions and strategies.
- Support hybrid work model by coordinating remote and in-office activities to maintain productivity. Qualifications -
